The opened and friendly space and the solidity of the workmanship - these are main ideas which motivated designers during works on  the Toya Golf & Country Club Wrocław.

Objects will be made in the traditional, checked in our climate built technology, from structural clay tiles of the POROTON type, strengthened with reinforced concrete pins. Outside wall trilaminar with outside layer, of the brick of the facing connected with ordinary brick plastered. Inside bearing construction, leaned on reinforced concrete. Thick groin structure RECTOBETON. Wooden rafter-purlin roof propped with partition walls stolcowymi. Covering of the roof of the ceramic roof tile.

Insides of houses are designed with the great care and the concern for the comfort of the life of their future inhabitants. Additionally the structure of a building lets any arrangement of the space, without the necessity to interfere into its shape. Functional and original complementing designed interiors are big wooden windows, providing with the good lighting and terraces which in the summertime will become natural prolonging the living room.

From the outside the building will be decorated entirely. Walls – according to the project – will be partly plastered and partly decorated with elevation brick.
The land will be surrounded with net only in the garden place bordering with the golf course and with the garden part of neighboring plots. Entrance zone - land in front of the house - it is an open, unrestricted space with perpendicular fence.
