The TOYA GOLF housing estate is a development project under construction which includes detached house, terraced houses and apartments in city villas.
This is the first such a modern and exclusive housing estate in Poland, which is integrated with a champion-class golf course. Not only does it surprise with a unique location, but also innovative solution and a very high standard of execution.

Designing the housing estate, we thought of a place in which we would wish to live ourselves. Our objective was to create comfortable house and apartment designs and locate as many attractions as possible within the area of the housing estate, in order to ensure a quiet and peaceful life in the same service infrastructure which is offered by the real estate in the centre of Wrocław or south to the city.

HOUSES

The detached houses are placed within large plots whose surface area varies between 903 and 1705 m2.
There are six types of buildings, which are diverse as regards the metric area (between 209.44 m2 and 338.9 m2) and body.
The structure of the buildings permits any arrangement of the interiors which may be adapted to individual needs of the residents.

Terraces are a standard for all the houses. In summer they form a natural extension of the living room. They also have home gardens and double garages with a remote control gate. We offer the highest level finish and high quality materials.

APARTMENTS

The apartments in city villas is an alternative for those who value the advantages of living within a golf course, but are interested in an apartment of a smaller metric area. They are located in three-storey city villas, which do not differ from the detached houses as far as the quality of materials and standard of workmanship is concerned. The villas are provided with an underground garage and elevator.

In each building there are ten apartments whose metric areas vary between 36.8 m2 and 102.1 m2, which bewitch with balconies and terraces with a view of the green areas. The price of each apartment includes one parking place in the underground garage.

In 1999, Mateusz was awarded the prestigious title of the Sailor of the Year, given by the ISAF to the best sailors of the world.

At the end of 2004 we was awarded the title of the Sailor of All Times for all his victories in the Finn class over the last twelve years – he has been the best sailor in the whole history of the Finn class.

Since 2007 the team has kept the first position of the ISAF International Ranking.

In 2008, at the coast of Miami, the sailor’s team has won the historic title of World Champions, achieving the honourable right to place a golden star on their sail.

Although it is hard to believe, Mateusz is also able to find time for other passions.
He is a keen golfer, he windsurfs, plays tennis and squash.
He has also been the originator and founder of the Navigare Foundation, which supports development of young sportsmen.
